Bitfinex Securities Lists Tokenized Notes Linked to Strategy and Metaplanet

Bitfinex Securities has introduced five equity-backed tokenized notes tied to Strategy and Metaplanet. The products are issued via Luxembourg's ORO II investment fund and made accessible to eligible non-U.S. accredited investors.

The tokenized instruments will trade against multiple settlement currencies, including U.S. dollars, Tether (USDT), and Bitcoin (BTC). The initiative enables investors to gain synthetic exposure to corporate Bitcoin treasury leaders directly onchain.

This launch expands the availability of regulated tokenized corporate debt and equity instruments, bridging decentralized liquidity with established public enterprise vehicles.
