Read these terms carefully before using RUECAT DEX. By using the platform, you agree to all conditions below.

Memecoin trading is extremely risky. You can lose 100% of the capital you trade. RUECAT DEX is an interface, not a financial intermediary, and is not responsible for any transaction or loss of funds.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RUECAT DEX (the 'Platform'), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. RUECAT DEX is an experimental decentralized interface for exploring and swapping Solana-based memecoins.
2. Not a Financial Institution
RUECAT DEX is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian or money-services business. We do not hold user funds, execute trades on our own books, or provide custody of any digital assets. All swaps are executed on-chain through third-party protocols such as Jupiter, Raydium and the Solana blockchain. Prices are sourced from public market data aggregators (Dexscreener, Jupiter, Solscan) and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Responsibility for Transactions
You are solely responsible for every transaction you sign through your wallet. RUECAT DEX does not have the ability to reverse, cancel, refund or recover any transaction once it has been confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Always verify the token contract, amount, price impact and wallet addresses before signing. The 1% community tax and any network fees are non-refundable.
4. High Risk of Loss
Trading memecoins involves extreme volatility, low liquidity, smart-contract risk, rug-pull risk and the possibility of total loss of capital. Past performance or ranking positions do not guarantee future results. Never trade more than you can afford to lose entirely. RUECAT DEX is not responsible for any trading loss, impermanent loss, slippage, failed transactions or unauthorized access to your wallet.
5. Wallet Security and Seed Phrases
RUECAT DEX will never ask for your private key, seed phrase or wallet password. We cannot access your wallet and cannot recover funds lost through phishing, malware, compromised devices or user error. Use a reputable self-custody wallet such as Phantom, keep your recovery phrase offline and verify every signature request before approving it.
6. Taxes and Fees
A 1% transaction tax is applied to qualifying swaps on the Platform. The tax is collected in a single treasury wallet and distributed monthly to the RUECAT community: 80% to Top 100 RUECAT holders, 10% to RUECAT Games, 8% to burn and 2% to RUECAT DEX. The exact dates, amounts and on-chain proof are published on the Transparency page. You are responsible for all network fees, token-account rent and any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
7. Project Listing and Turbo Power
Project listings, updates and Turbo Power placements are subject to admin review and payment verification. RUECAT DEX does not endorse, guarantee or audit any listed project. Listing a token does not constitute investment advice or a partnership. The RUECAT team reserves the right to remove or reject any project that violates these terms or community standards.
8. Intellectual Property
The RUECAT DEX brand, logo, content and code are the property of the RUECAT team. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. User-generated content and wallet addresses displayed on public leaderboards are provided for transparency only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUECAT DEX, its operators, affiliates and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from market movements, failed transactions, wallet compromise, protocol bugs, third-party APIs or regulatory actions.
10. Changes and Governing Law
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction determined by the RUECAT team, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
