1% SOL platform fee — new revenue for Top 100 RUECAT Holders

Starting today, every lottery entry pays an extra 1% fee in SOL on top of the entry amount, transferred atomically in the same transaction to the RUECAT treasury wallet. This fee is a new revenue source distributed to the Top 100 RUECAT Holders, alongside swap taxes. It does not reduce the burn or the prize pool — the 50/50 split remains untouched. All fee transactions are publicly verifiable on the Transparency page and in the Admin panel.
