RUECAT BURN & WINBurn. Enter. Win. Repeat.DEVELOPMENT MODE
Wagering is disabled. Development mode — no transactions are sent. Everything below is the real interface wired to the real backend, but entries are blocked server-side.
Official Rules
Everything below is enforced in code and verifiable on Solana.
1. How RUECAT Burn & Win works
Users enter RUECAT tokens. In one atomic Solana transaction, 50% of the entry is burned and 50% is transferred to the Lottery Prize Wallet, while a memo registers the round and ticket count on-chain. Tickets are credited only after the server re-reads the confirmed transaction from Solana. Frontend balances are never trusted.2. Eligibility
You need a Solana wallet (Phantom) holding at least 100 RUECAT plus SOL for network fees. The Lottery Prize Wallet and RUECAT team wallets cannot participate. Participation may be restricted by jurisdiction (see section 20).3. Minimum entry: 100 RUECAT
The smallest accepted entry is 100 RUECAT = 1 ticket(s).4. Maximum entry: 100,000 RUECAT per entry
One entry cannot exceed 100,000 RUECAT. A wallet may enter multiple times during a round.5. Entry levels
6. Ticket calculation
tickets = floor(amount ÷ 100). Deterministic and identical for everyone. Tickets receive sequential numbers per round in confirmation order (ticket_from–ticket_to), published on every entry.7. 50% burn mechanism
The burn share is destroyed with the SPL TokenBurnCheckedinstruction, permanently reducing RUECAT supply. Each burn is visible on Solscan in the entry transaction. Example: 1,000 RUECAT → 500 burned.8. 50% prize pool mechanism
The prize share is transferred to the Lottery Prize Wallet (to be published). The prize pool of a round equals the sum of all prize shares confirmed during the round.9. 1% community fee in SOL
Every entry also pays a 1% community fee, calculated on the USD value of the entry and collected in SOL inside the same atomic transaction, sent to the RUECAT DEX treasury wallet. It is booked as public revenue on the Treasury Transparency page and follows the monthly split: 80% to the Top 100 RUECAT holders, 10% RUECAT Games, 8% burn, 2% RUECAT DEX. The fee is separate from the burn/prize split and does not buy tickets.10. Monthly rounds
Rounds run from the 1st day 00:00 UTC to the last day 23:59:59 UTC of each month. When a round ends, entries stop, the ticket set is frozen and the round moves to DRAW_PENDING.11. First-day-of-next-month draw
The draw happens on the first day of the following month at the published draw time (UTC).12. Random winner selection
Winners are derived from the public, unbiasable drand (League of Entropy) quicknet randomness beacon (chain 52db9ba70e0c…). The exact beacon round is committed when the round is created and shown on the Transparency page before the draw. Winning ticket k = (sha256(randomness:round_id:nonce) mod total_tickets) + 1, skipping wallets that already won. Anyone can recompute the result. No Math.random, no admin input, no hidden seed. When the on-chain program is deployed, this will be upgraded to a Solana VRF oracle.13. Number of winners
0 winners per round (configurable only for future rounds). One prize per wallet per round.14. Prize distribution
15. Prize payment within 5 business days
Prizes are paid in RUECAT from the Lottery Prize Wallet within 5 business days of the draw, subject to these rules and any required verification.16. Publication of transaction hashes
Every entry, every burn and every prize payment is published with its Solana signature and a Solscan link. Payment records are append-only and never deleted.17. Blockchain transparency
The official RUECAT mint (to be published), the Lottery Prize Wallet and the burn mechanism are public. The blockchain is the source of truth; the database mirrors it and can be audited against it.18. Failed transaction policy
If a transaction fails or is not confirmed on Solana, no tickets are credited and the prize pool is not updated. Tokens never leave your wallet in a failed transaction. If a confirmed transaction was not registered, resubmit its signature from your dashboard — registration is idempotent.19. Technical interruptions
If an outage prevents entries, the round continues on-chain; confirmed transactions can always be registered afterwards. If the randomness beacon is unavailable at draw time, the draw uses the committed beacon round as soon as it is published — never a substitute source.20. Anti-bot and anti-abuse rules
Signatures are unique (no replay), entries must match the round's exact split and memo, balances and transactions are verified server-side on Solana, and admins cannot alter entries, tickets, winners or logs. Attempts to manipulate the API or the database do not change token ownership on-chain.21. Legal / regulatory disclaimer
“Participation is subject to applicable laws and regulations. Availability may be restricted by jurisdiction. RUECAT does not guarantee that participation is lawful in every jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.” RUECAT makes no claim that this lottery is legal in every country. Burned tokens are irrecoverable. Nothing here is financial advice.
